How do I know that I am logging into Triumph Community Bank’s Business Banker and not a phony website designed for phishing?
When you enter your Access ID to log in to a computer that has already been registered, the URL bar will turn green and display a padlock so that you know you can safely proceed with your password. When you enter your Access ID to log in to an unregistered computer, Business Banker will present you with a Security Challenge Question previously chosen by you; after correctly answering the question, you will see the URL turn green and display a padlock so that you know you can safely proceed with your password.
How do I change my Security Challenge Questions for Business Banker?
Log into Business Banker and select “Profile”. Scroll down to the Security Data section and choose “Edit”. To change the Security Challenge Questions, simply re-enter them in the appropriate fields and change the drop-down boxes if desired. Once finished, choose “Submit” to save the new information.
Why am I locked out of Business Banker and how do I get unlocked?
To enhance security Business Banker will lock your access after three (3) invalid Password/Security Challenge attempts. Contact treasury management at 563-888-6477 for assistance.
What should I do if I cannot remember my password?
Use the “Forgot Password” feature which will send your password to the email address we have on file. You will be prompted to change your password during your next login.
What if all my accounts do not show up in Business Banker?
Contact Treasury Management at 563-888-6477 to have other accounts added.
What is the deadline for processing transactions online?
Business Banker services are available 24/7 however, some services may contain processing cutoff times as follows:

Which accounts can I enroll in eStatements through Business Banker?
Any business checking, savings or loan account, in which you are an owner, may be enrolled in Business Banker.
Will eStatements include images of the cleared checks?
No, if you wish to receive images with your eStatement, contact Treasury Management at 563-888-6477.
How long are eStatements kept online?
Triumph Community Bank stores 12 months of eStatements online for your convenience.
If my email gets hacked, will the perpetrator have the ability to view my eStatement?
No, the actual eStatement is not in the email sent by the bank. The email simply alerts you to the fact that your eStatement is ready. The statement can only be viewed in Business Banker.
