Position Summary: Prepares required loan documents. Determines HMDA/CRA status for new, renewed, or refinanced loans. Completes Loan Information Report. Reviews for accuracy loan coding, loan documents, and collateral addendas (Doc Review). Interacts with Commercial Loan Officers and assistants to create a positive experience. Promotes and implements the bank's sales culture and service philosophies. Assigns loan numbers. Creates new portfolios/lines for borrowers/guarantors.

Qualifications: High school graduate; plus 1 year banking and/or office clerical experience preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. Knowledge of commercial loan documentation and commercial loan regulations needed, as well as basic knowledge of debits and credits, loan terminology, and understanding of loans.

Position Summary: Conducts Credit investigations and analyzes financial statements; furnishes information in relation to credit inquiries; provides assistance to loan officers. Write summary of analysis and reason for recommending adverse risk rating.
