Position Summary: Manages the daily activities of the retail branch operations. Evaluates needs of current and potential customers, proposes appropriate financial products and services. Actively markets programs to support the bank's sales culture and service philosophies - Contacts customers and business, community, and civic organizations to promote goodwill and generate new business. Insures that each customer receives prompt and courteous service. Manages a subordinate supervisor(s) and branch retail staff. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws, resolves complaints and problems. Audits accounts, records of proof, and certification to ensure compliance with standard practice and policy. Will be accountable for learning and adhering to all bank regulatory standards, policies and security procedures.

Qualifications: Preferred candidate will possess an Associate's Degree or equivalent; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Prepares work schedules and assigns duties to tellers, insuring that each customer receives prompt and courteous service. Audits accounts, records of proof, and certification to ensure compliance with standard practice and policy. Assists in the hiring, training and evaluation of new and existing staff. Will be accountable for learning and adhering to all bank regulatory standards, policies and security procedures.
